Hey im trying to find someone with similar weight loss goals as me. Im a really tall female. Have 15kg to lose. Im 23.
Looking for someone really motivated who is similar age/weight loss goals as me. Hopefully someone who checks their fat secret daily or almost daily. I lost 22kg and have recently put on 6kg. I know what it takes to lose weight. Lets motivate each other and be accountable to each other!?

I'm on here almost daily and am really focused on working out everyday and logging all my food. I can support you and encourage you! I'm trying to lose my last 10lbs (which I gained since I quit smoking and got married 9 months ago). Lets pump it up!!

I quit smoking about 3 weeks ago! I am also trying to restrict my calories to about 1500 per day and I am doing about 20 minutes of biking and the elliptical per day. I has a baby 18 months ago and never lost the weight!

Feel free to add me- I am looking to lose my last 12 pounds through diet and exercise. I am on this site daily, and record my food daily. I am going to start doing a journal entry daily as well. I have been looking for buddies to motivate me on this site as well

I'm in a similar situation - 25yrs old, about 30-35 lbs left to lose. And, I'm on here all the time. It helps me keep my goals in the forefront of my mind. A few years back, I lost probably 20lbs through diet and exercise - I've excercised pretty regularly for the past 6-8 months, but my weight didn't budge. I've just started the dukan diet and I'll need some motivation to stay away from the good stuff (ie alcohol and cheese - my favorites!) On the bright side, I've lost around 5 lbs in the past week or two so I'm on my way

I too am finding that the only way fs works for me is if I log EVERYTHING. And if that's the way it has to be right now, then that's what it has to be! I'm ready to do whatever it takes!!

I know I need the motivation, but weight loss buddies have never really worked for me, which is one reason I’ve been looking at personalized
weight loss diet
programs online. I can’t do diets that tell you to starve or restrict your food intake. Has anyone here tried the Dukan diet? They say it really works and you can eat all you want from the more than 100 foods listed in their diet plan. I’ve heard Kate Middleton used it to get in shape before her wedding. I thought I’d give it a shot!

I bought the Dukan Diet book. it sounds really good. makes sense. The only problem for me is that a lot of the food requires cooking time. and being lots of protein it not very cheap. But im going to start it as soon as i get off night shifts. Let me know how yours goes! goodluck
