I really never considered myself an emotional eater but when my fiance upset me(can't even remember about what now) I got a crazy attach for fried food. I mean I had to have it and I did. It's not just salt but it's also sugars; chocolate, cookies, cakes. Looking back over the years I guess it was always an issue. It has just become so out of hand that I now recognize it. Gotta get back in control, the issue is how to start?....
