Very nice! Congratulations! Now, make sure to keep them off. Remember, the journey doesn't necessarily end here. Smile

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

You owe it to yourself to put on some srsly triumphant music and stand on your bed proudly with hands on hips, preferably with an audience of bemused family members. =)

Congrats on your success. I just realized I'm 10 lbs from my original goal myself! Yeah. Keep it up -- I hear maintenance is the real deal. Got to keep what you learned at the fore front and keep at it. There is no going back! Treat yourself.

I started this journey at 265 lbs, my recommended calories were 2200, but my natural eating takes me to about 1500-1600, I rarely go above 1600. I re-assessed my calorie limit last night and now it is ...
