lol I have the same problem. Turn back time til I was 18 might help. I use youtube for exercise videos. Most say squats are the best for the bottom. Sorry to say I haven't done any.

If you have access to a gym,I find the elliptical to be great for this. The more you can increase the elevation and resistance, the better! Then be sure to move forward and pedal backwards to target different muscles.
Sacrifice what you want in the moment for what you want most.

I do a thing I call ballets (because I hate lunges). I stand holding on to a counter or dresser or something, lift one leg behind me (straight or bent, depends on how I feel at the time, lower it a little, raise it back up, repeat until I hit my limit. Then switch legs. It's good for booties.

You could also try the Brazil Butt Lift program from Beachbody, it's a really great program targeted, obviously, for the rear end and the surrounding areas. It might look a little silly if you watch a video, but trust me, the leg workouts Leandro puts together are fantastic.

I've used Beachbody's Brazil Butt Lift and saw amazing results! I've always had a small/flat back side and this workout really toned and added some shape to my butt! I was definitely skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised with how noticeable the changes were! I'm looking forward to the Brazil Butt Lift Master Series to come out http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/brazil-butt-lift-master-series-advanced-workout.do. I will definitely be investing in this workout based on my experience with the first one. You should definitely check it out.

lunges, squats and donkey kicks. Only takes a few minutes a day. I get down on the rug in my bedroom and do each of them until I can't do one more!

I think what seems to be most popular among females is the stairmaster, otherwise it is the squat.

Workout Trainer by Skimble is a free app you can get on your phone, it has some great workouts that show you how to properly do the exercises, how many minutes the workout will take and how tough it is. They have some great workouts for your lower half and butt. I use it in the mornings before I jump in the shower. The COBB is great, so is sexy lean legs and the 100 second wall sit challenge will have your butt and legs burning like mad.
