Try Manderine Orange Salad as a sweet treat. I also eat it for Breakfast sometime. Has good protein and is low fat, low sugar. Here is how you make it:
1 large box Sugar Free Orange Jello
1 small tub of Cool whip
1 large can of Manderine oranges in their own juice with no sugar added (drain the juice off as you only want the oranges slices)
1 large tub of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Mix all the items together and it is great. Has 143 Cals for 1 cup, 10 grams of protein, less than 1 gram of fat, 20 carbs.

This sounds so good!

Oh My Gosh! I absolutely LOVE cottage cheese. How do you eat yours? I add blueberries and sometimes banana. Sooo good!

I can't get into cottage cheese as a 'sweet' food, like yogurt (for instance, I eat Greek yogurt with sliced banana, honey, and cinnamon). I pretty much only like cottage cheese with some pepper sprinkled in!

Oh really? The first time I had cottage cheese it had fruit in it so it became a sweet food for me. I have actually put a little Smuckers raspberry jam in it before and loved it. Not exactly a healthy food, but it was better than a bag of chips!

I LOVE Greek yogurt... soooo yummy. I eat it as a sweet and also as a replacement for sour cream and dips.

Okay, the jam in the cottage cheese sounds epic. You have convinced me. Now to find some jam that doesn't have a pound of added sugar!!! Rolling Eyes

I agree with cottage cheese.^ I eat it every night with just stevia/splenda and cinnamon.

Also, sweet potatoes! They're soo good. Half one, microwave until soft, stevia, a little cinnamon, splash of sugar free syrup. FO'GETTA BOUT IT. Can you tell I like cinnamon?

I love the apricots, I get the dried ones and dip them in Dark Chocolate, make a whole plate of them and my whole family picks at them throughout the day, they are like 15-20 cals per 1/2 and they really kill off the sweet cravings!

Do you do anything special with the Tuna? I am so bored of tuna and mayo, the most I do is add onion and celery, any ideas? I am definitely trying the yogurt next time that sounds great!

1/2 cup chopped red apple
6 slices reduced-calorie bread, toasted
6 lettuce leaves

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; stir in tuna and apple. Spread 1/2 cup tuna mixture on three slices of bread. Top with lettuce and remaining bread.

Simple add to tuna... I like to add fresh peas and mix in tzatziki. I use that for everything and use mayo very little now. I make egg salad with it and diced cucs, thin it with water for dressing, etc...

Tuna with low fat cottage cheese and a dash of franks hot sauce...one of my favorites! It's chock full of protein, low in fat, and filling.
