One week down and I am doing great. I forgot how much energy your body gets when you eat right and less. Another start to a great adventure! I am going to wait 2 more weeks to weigh in, the anticipation of waiting will keep me going. I feel amazing.

Good start! I think it's a great plan to focus on how your body feels and not look for feedback from the scale immediately. It's so easy to get fixated in the numbers and not listen to your body!

I'm glad you noticed how eating right makes you feel so amazing. I too, always have amazing energy from eatting foods very high in quality nutrition, and not over-eating.
