My name is Alex. I'm 17 years old and I fluctuate between 245 and 250 pounds. As of 10 minutes ago I was 247.
My goal is to lose 20 lb's, and then lose another 20... and just go from there! I don't want to go lower than 140, and I think I'll probably be comfortable at 175.
I'm the type of person that gives up on this type of stuff really easily, but I really do NEED this. I weigh so much that it is damaging my ankles, so I need
to take off weight. I honestly just want to be able to run without feeling like my shins are gonna snap in half! LOL
