For some reason, I keep getting ads about engagement rings.. HMMMMM.... I actually don't have any ads on this FS site. ?? Someone who is busier than you is working out right now. There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.

Swollen ankles???

I have them too, and for me it is because of food intolerance. I can accidentally eat small amount of food I do not tolerate, and they will remain swollen for a few weeks.
