You can input her recipe in your fat secret cookbook, make sure you put in the # of servings. It will give you the calories etc. It does sound like a yummy treat.

Hello
I just toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put on a baking sheet covered with foil and cook until tender (about 10-15 minutes) It's delicious!!
