Keep ANY "extra" foods > 10% of RDA -and- listed separately from your nutritious meals/needs(I list under the 'snacks'Wink so you can easily "see" & make sure they do not exceed @ 10% of your daily calorie allowance...For EX: Alcohol, Sweets, Salty snacks, condiments...

Does anyone else "trick" themselves on their RDI?
I set my exercise to 24hrs sleeping. that brings down my allowance, but even then i reduced my RDI by a couple of hundred cals to where i feel i can eat enough and still lose.

Low calorie foods
