Smile Well, I am going to do this. Met a friend of mine today for lunch and she looked great! She has inspired me to do this and I am nervous and excited at the same time.

Hi and welcome - this is my fifth day and it is helping me a lot. This is my first time being able to track my food and exercise, because in the past I got bored with writing it all out and didnt keep it up. Good luck to you.
