Hey guys! So I've been doing great without bread, pasta, and rice and the main carby foods but my sweet tooth for desserts like cheesecake and ice cream AND chocolate is killing me! I went to the Superstore in my area and couldn't find ANYTHING low carb or carb free....a lot of ice cream and treats were listed as "wheat free" or "gluten free" but the carb content was still high... So I'm wondering if were allowed to have these products or no??!! I know they are still sugary but I'm about to lose my mind if I don't have a sweet! HELP!!

if you are going to have crabs and cheat, make it fruit. Easy said then done, but your body is craving sugar.

Look in the recipes on this site. There are a lot of great ones to satisfy that sweet tooth. I love the cheesecake for one. It really hits the spot when I crave cheesecake. In the store you can find russell stover sugar free chocolates. Just be careful how many you eat. Sugar alcohols can stall some people. You can do wonders with a little whipping cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, and splenda. Lol
