I'm very new here.....day 2! I have to give props to this site owner. This has been so helpful. I love the food and exercise tracker. A real eye opener to me on my habits

I had the same experience, it really exposes your weakness when it comes to what were eating. But its all for the good, its a great site

Yes welcome to the site, I am still fairly new here and am finding the site to be perfect for what I need. It is a real eye opener to see exactly what we are eating and drinking! I find that if I enter in my foods ahead of time, its stops me from eating anything else. This is a lifesaver for those dreaded nightimes binges! Good luck to you!
If you have the right mindset then nothing can stop you from reaching your goals! Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!

I've been using fs since last June and I love it! I love the interaction I have with others who are doing the same thing that I'm doing. Trying to change their life. We have the same ups and downs, eat too much, not moving enough, struggle with self esteem and motivation and the list goes on. With the forums you have the opportunity to poll the world of fs with their opinions or debate topics. And it keeps my diet in check. Love love love it!!! My buddies are the best too. The journaling is almost therapeutic for me. I try and do one every day and I also try and read my buddies everyday.
Welcome!!!

I've only been here since Thursday and its changed my life. I've been trying to lose weight for a long time and with fs, I've realised I hold myself accountable everytime. When I see the calorie count, I really need to up my protein intake. I don't have any buddies though on fs.=(

I found this site at the right time. I was in danger of ending up in a wheelchair so I had the motivation. This has given me the tools to get the job done. Tracking my food has taught me what a good diet should be for me and has kept in line. Before when I tried to lose weight it was either by following some one elses eating plan or just guessing and hoping for the best. Neither one worked for me. There is so much good information in the forums and I love a good debate. Like many people here I'm doing this on my own, no one else in my circle of friends and family is actively trying to lose weight, so my buddies provide the help and encouragement when things aren't going well and help celebrate the victories.
