Tomatoes are a no no for gout. You need to google what foods arent good for gout. there are quiet a few and yes red wine is pretty good for this as well. Might have to look at going without for a while ...

get rid of ALL the bad foods and drink in your house, and replace them with good ones if they aren't in easy reach you can't consume them

Thank you hwzat4u. I am keeping it lower than what FS is telling me but a couple hundred over those recommended by the nutritionist, still well below FS daily RDI.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
04 Jul 13 for diet Weight Watchers
