Addiction?!

Only now that I have given up smoking, I realise how addicted I was! Trying to loose the weight that I put on during that process leaves me feeling the same. & it ain't easy!!!!!!

Things worth doing are seldom easy. I gave up cigarettes 12 years ago and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself in the long term. Once you get past the withdrawl, you will be glad you made that lifestyle choice. You can do it!

Right, I wouldn't pay anyone. Find a plan that works and stick to it. There are lots of books at the library. Track your food on FS.

Low carb question
I try to keep mine to 30g net per meal and lost 25 lbs in 2 -2 1/2 months. The nurse on my diabetes team recommended 45 per meal and 15 for snacks. I might add a few after I reach my weight loss goal ...
