Be aware though, that a person in your "weight class" do require quite a bit of calories for your body to run efficiently - probably more than you'd think. If I were you, I'd let FatSecret calculate it for you, and maybe go about 500 lower than that. Don't go too low. All you're gonna accomplish by going too low is for your weight loss to stagnate, you're gonna be less motivated and you're not gonna have as much fun losing weight.

To change your RDI, just go to your home page and click the my diet link. Then go click edit your RDI. But Kingkeld is right. You shouldn't go too low. So just select one of the options to set your recommended RDI.

You can always Google how many calories each exercise burns, then go with something you like. The biggest part is just get moving.
