Be aware though, that a person in your "weight class" do require quite a bit of calories for your body to run efficiently - probably more than you'd think. If I were you, I'd let FatSecret calculate it for you, and maybe go about 500 lower than that. Don't go too low. All you're gonna accomplish by going too low is for your weight loss to stagnate, you're gonna be less motivated and you're not gonna have as much fun losing weight.
