I just gave birth to triplets and due to pumping breastmilk I must keep my caloric intake greater than I had it the last time I used FatSecret, prior to becoming pregnant. Does anyone know how to change my RDI on FatSecret? I can't remember how I did it in the past and really need to do so... I'm really committed to getting started today! Thank you.

First, congrats on the triplets!

To change your RDI, go to your "My FatSecret" Page. Then click "my diet" on the right side bar. Then you will have the option to change your RDI.

Yeah, it's kind of weird - ask it to calculate your RDI, then once you have their answer there is also an option to type in your own number and save it. Buried a few steps in, but it's there!

Have fun with those sweet babies. Smile

Yes! Congratulations on the triplets! Wow! Hope you've got a good support group of family and friends on stand-by. And remember, while breastfeeding, tuna is your friend! Full of protein and helps milk supply. That is, if you can put a baby down long enough to hold a fork.

Good luck, welcome back, and kiss those babies !!!! Smile
