Need a Buddy!!

I weigh around 148 and would like to lose about 20. I also need a buddy especially for motivation. Not sure if we can relate but I'm ready to give it a go if you are willing. I just joined this sight about a week ago and trying to learn my way around. How do we go about budding up?

I weigh 129 now and have 9 or 10 pounds to go but would be happy to buddy with you. I started at l49 in early January, and like you, count calories. My history is open so feel free to take a look at it.

Hi, I am doing atkins and have lost over 50lbs since nov/11, I am doing the stone to go challenge and have 8lbs to go before I reach my goal. Would love to buddy up!!
If you have the right mindset then nothing can stop you from reaching your goals! Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!

Hi! i requested you as a buddy, i am in the same boat, I am 140 right now, and seems like I'm always loosing and then gaining back those last fifteen pounds. I just want to get between 125 and 130 and stay there.

I am in the same boat!! Can't seem to shake that last 10 15 pounds. I am weighing in 146-150 since Jan! What is going on ! I am also new here and not sure how to do the buddy thing???

I have been having the same issue. I got a few people to join but they never get on here! I have a few buddies who added me and only one who ever talks to me lol I'm on here daily. I count my calories, exercise, and journal six days a week. I have 29 pounds to go and nobody I know is trying to lose weight right now. You can add me if you want. Smile I could use some motivation myself.

Hello everyone, Im a new starter having lost the weight i had carried round with me for a while- I have gained a stone (if not more) of it after rigourous exercising for 2yrs. My mood is quite low and Im finding it so difficult to get bck into the regime I had in the past. Additionally I am a wife and parent and also a student which makes this impossible some days to even get into my joggers! I would really really love some buddies for moral support and hope i could also do the same.

The ticker below will show you I have 25 lbs to go till my goal weight. I'd love it if we could lose 20lbs together (preferably before my 30th b'day this july). Are you in? We could start with deciding upon a light exercise regime to start with and progress it as it goes. I really need someone to keep me honest when it comes to exercise.

Hi All,
My plan is to lose 20 lbs by June 30th and I am on my second day. I've lost 15 lbs on Weight Watchers, made it to Lifetime Member, and have been going up and down. I committed to losing the 20 lbs to get back into a bathing suit by June 30th. Sure could use some buddies and am willing to offer support to anyone who needs it. I am new to this site.

Hello! I'm pretty new to this site as well and only have three buddies which i added randomly, but no one i talk to often,so you can add me if you would like. I want to loose 11kg and i have been trying hard with exercise and dieting and it is hard to do it by urself, so it would be great to encourage each other..
I always tend to enter my food diaries and exercise daily so u can have a look at them, i wouldn't mind.
