I went to my fourth Bikram yoga class tonight and have already seen improvement in my postures and my body. I was wondering if anyone else attends these classes and has stuck with it? What types of benefits have you seen?

I haven't done Bikram yoga but I have practiced other forms for a couple years at a time. I noticed more overall strength and much improved flexibility.

Don't worry about benefits and results. Just go to practice today. Listen 100% to what the teacher is saying and let the dialogue guide your body into the poses as far as it will go today. suggestions for rewards for small mini goals
I need to find some rewards for small goals, like 10 pounds lost, exercise done. Who has had luck doing this? and what are your suggestions? :roll: :idea:
