Bikram Yoga

I went to my fourth Bikram yoga class tonight and have already seen improvement in my postures and my body. I was wondering if anyone else attends these classes and has stuck with it? What types of benefits have you seen?

I haven't done Bikram yoga but I have practiced other forms for a couple years at a time. I noticed more overall strength and much improved flexibility.

Don't worry about benefits and results. Just go to practice today. Listen 100% to what the teacher is saying and let the dialogue guide your body into the poses as far as it will go today. Your practice today is all that matters. Your experience in each particular pose today is all that matters. Don't worry about yesterday's practice or tomorrow's. Don't worry about the pose you just did. Don't worry about the next pose you are going to do. Immerse yourself 100% in the experience of each moment. The dialogue, the pose, the moment, that's it. Don't worry about your towel or your hair. Practice your own practice right here, right now.
