Bikram Yoga

I went to my fourth Bikram yoga class tonight and have already seen improvement in my postures and my body. I was wondering if anyone else attends these classes and has stuck with it? What types of benefits have you seen?

I haven't done Bikram yoga but I have practiced other forms for a couple years at a time. I noticed more overall strength and much improved flexibility.

Don't worry about benefits and results. Just go to practice today. Listen 100% to what the teacher is saying and let the dialogue guide your body into the poses as far as it will go today. Weighing every day keeps me on track. If my weight is up a little, I walk more that day. I weigh every day, but I only record my weight here once a week.
