Where do I start?

I've joined the Biggest Loser Challenge, but I don't know where to begin. Could someone please advise?

Hi Deb! I've joined the same challenge, and was a little bit stumped too. From what I can see, if you click on your team you'll see a list of members. Find yourself and click on the arrow to the right - this brings up a page where you can record weigh-ins and journal entries, so I think we record our progress there and maybe also comment in the forums.

I'm a complete newbie to this site, so I hope that's right!

Instead of Bicarbonate of Soda use Baking Soda. http://www.fatsecret.com/calor... Bread Flour is in the database, but if you need your particular brand and it is not in the database, add it.
