On this day, I am motivated to take care of oneself. This is the first time using a program such as this to assist me in achieve my personal goal, in regarding ones health.

Record everything the good the bad the ugly. Then you have the privilege of looking at your accomplishments ... and just writing it down helps you stay accountable to your goals! Good Luck!

Me too...i am 26 and never had to think about dieting until now, its weird, im over whelmed.

I am just starting up also. I don't have any diet buddies, so thought this would be a good way to journal and keep track of what I am doing. Seems the scale moves ever so slowly.. so hoping this adds a little bit. Joined the biggest loser challenge starting up on the 26th for a little added incentive. Maybe we can all keep each other motivated!
Love yourself first, and everything else falls into line!
