Today, after doing more jogging and running than I ever have before, I realized:
Being tired from exercise feels so, so much better than being tired from sitting around doing nothing.

I love that I came to this conclusion. I think it will help very much with this whole weight-loss process.

Hehe... I don't think I'll ever get to *that* point. But, really, going from being absolutely sedentary 24/7 to actually getting up and moving around feels like a step in the right direction Very Happy.

Love this revelation! I've never heard it described in that way but it makes so much sense. Great way to combat that classic excuse "I'm too tired to exercise." I haven't been to the gym all week (intentionally, to give my body a break) and I feel more lazy, sluggish and tired - not less! - as a result.

Heck yeah - it's much better to be sore from exercise than sorry that you didn't do it!!

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.
