help please! am not loosing am stayin the same!

Hi i have been eating healthy for 2 weeks. I have started to run for about half an hour four days a week plus using the ab circle pro. I have a history of eating disorders and my body seems to cling to everything i eat. I am eating sensibly appro1500-1800kcals per day yet there is no loss. Its frustrating as i dont wish to start restricting beyond sensibility.I only want to loose about 6-10 pounds . its very dishartening x:

what do u mean open up my diet callender??? also I got my maths wrong it looks like I have gained weight in the first week I was in fact dead on ten stone from the start...It seems I have lost an inch ...half off hips half of thigh..it just aint registering oon the scale dead frustrated...its been nearly two weeks now

You need to go into your settings and let others have access to your diet calendar - that way we can look at it. Are you eating healthy foods - whole foods like meats/proteins, fruits/veggies and avoiding your standard junk food and fast food? Are you drinking water - often that is the culprit. You need lots of water! All that aside, I would keep at it. If you don't have much to lose, then it may take more exercise and more calorie burn to drop a pound.
I know when I first started, I was able to lose without exercise. Now, I'm not burning as many calories b/c I don't weigh as much, that makes it harder for me to lose. So, I adjusted my workouts and added HIIT each day and now I think the scale is moving.

Bottom line is, you just need to either make some food adjustments or exercise adjustments. Maybe do some strength training too as that will help build muscle. Muscle helps burn more calories.

i am a recovering anorexic and I certainly know whats in the food I am eating. Its frustrating as I have cut out all junk.I dont want to start resticting massivly as this is a one way road to me. I know it takes our bodies a while to stop holding onto everything.I just wanted to be able to eat right for once instead of doin what av always done.

If you're losing inches, that's a GOOD thing! You don't walk around with a big sign advertising your weight- your size is what people see so those inches matter far more than a silly number on the scale. Don't stress the scale if you're seeing results elsewhere. Also, if you have less than 10 lbs to lose, those are vanity pounds and will be the slowest to come off. Keep it up, have some patience, and you'll continue to see a difference. Since you're seeing a difference, I wouldn't restrict your calories more. It sounds like you're already at a healthy weight so your body doesn't want to lose anymore - if you take a more aggresive approach, your body will fight harder to hold on to those pounds but if you take a gradual approach, you'll probably be able to sneak them off.
