Hi,
I am new to fatsecret, and I wanted to know is there any way to add a time line to your daily diet? As I am a gastric bypass patient trying to get back on track, the times I eat are very important to me. Any suggestions on how to do this on the site?

You can call your food anything you want so find the food you ate then add your time to the entry at the end or the beginning

You don't have to eat these foods to diet or lose weight. There are plenty of other healthy foods.

Breastfeeding Calories
What do you use for a calorie tracker (fitbit, etc)? Are you wanting to be alotted more calories to compensate, or...?
