Is there a video of Dr Atkins speaking about his Way Of Eating?? I have had a look on Youtube and have only found a video of him on the Larry King show & it doesn't run very well. Maybe its my rubbish internet.

His books are always so good at communicating, I wondered what the man himself was like.

There was a short documentary on him that I had found on youtube before. If I find it I'll post it here.

Thanks Mike, I would really appreciate that. Isn't it frustrating when you can't locate something you KNOW is there.....

Hmm, I have tried searching, but no luck. I wonder if it's been removed by Atkins' corporation??

Thanks very much to you Mike for posting the link. I watched all 5 videos. I found it very interesting and there was so much in it that I had felt all along. -That he was a kind man, that it all seemed to take a turn for the better once he had died (tragic, tragic he died and tragic his diet became more accepted and emulated after he'd left us) etc etc. When at the end of the 4th video, they began talking of his death, the hairs stood up on my neck. I remember when he died. It felt like I had lost a member of my family. I guess he had that knack of making it personal. I am glad he stuck to his guns in his life. I hope that eventually his methods revolutionise medical training and then we will see the effect on general health of people. THEN I hope he gets the credit he deserves.
