On Saturday I ran my first 5K. I was so nervous, and my only goal was to not finish last. Im not a good runner and my goal was to run it in 45 minutes or less. Half way through the race my legs were cramping up so bad, I was tired and cold, and thought I was doing so bad. But when I crossed the finish line the clock read 37 minutes! Very Happy I was so happy!! It inspired and motivated me to keep running and working out daily. I defintely recommend signing up to run a 5K, even if you're not a runner!

congrats Calli! that is awesome. I ran my first 5k this past october and my goal was just to run the whole way...no walking.
I had a similar time as you did and was able to run the whole way-it is such an amazing feeling isn't it?
great job- keep going!
