I have been trying some of the yoga and pilates videos. Also there are some Crunch videos I want to try. I tried the salsa dance crunch video and it was fun, but there are more.

I'm sooooo embarrassed to admit this, but the best workout video on Netflix is the Situation Workout. Mike "the Situation" from Jersey Shore is pretty cheesy and sexist, but his five 15-20 min workouts are intense. I usually do two at a time. For example if I do arms and shoulders one day then I'll do abs and legs the other day.I always follow up with a ton of stretching because he doesn't incorporate much of that in his clips.

Netflix has a decent selection of both--DVDs and titles available for instant streaming.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I think becoming obsessed with weighing in on a daily basis is super unhealthy. Your body weight naturally fluctuates and you will easily get discouraged. I weigh myself once a week.

The minimum required is 500mg sodium a day. The ideal is 1500mg a day. Maximum is 2400mg a day.
