My eating plan is: Eat anything you want, and track EVERYTHING you eat.
This has really worked for me because I both know I can indulge in treats,but count what they "cost".
When you give yourself permission to eat what you want, and are truthful
about what you decide to eat...it gets you out of the "dieting crazies."
