No need to give up. Just get right back in the saddle. We all mess up now and then. It's just important that you don't let a slip-up turn into a full slip-up-day, then a slip-up-week and so on. Go go go! Smile

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Absolutely, don't panic ladybug... We've all done it; for sure. I know I have. Now, brush your fall, out of the way and start again.

Have a glass of water

That's the spirit! All big goals have their momentary setbacks- you can choose to accept defeat at the first bump in the road or you can regroup and push that much harder to acheive your goals.

A quote for you: I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. - Michael Jordan

My eating plan is: Eat anything you want, and track EVERYTHING you eat.
This has really worked for me because I both know I can indulge in treats, but count what they "cost".
When you give yourself permission to eat what you want, and are truthful
about what you decide to eat...it gets you out of the "dieting crazies."
Good luck....
