I found this interesting. Not sure he will be able to fully understand, but it is an interesting and brave idea. Not something I would ever purposely do!!

That is definitely taking it to a whole other level. I have to agree with Ncnole that he won't fully understand. Most of us are not overweight as a choice. We were not properly educated. He knows he has a way out. It's different when you don't realize that life can be different. I wonder if he will find it difficult to lead the healthier lifestyle.

I mean jealouse of somebody running or going to the gym, I am afraid to say that wont ever be me... Its a daily battle just to do it !

I just went into forums to post this myself. Very interesting. Not an extreme I would go to but I'd be interested to see if there is going to be a follow up article posted at the end of his "experiment".

I tried to click on the website fit2fat2fit, but I couldn't access it. The problem is that he will probably not struggle to lose the weight - unlike most of us. But I would still like to read more and hear his thoughts.
