I carry a copy in my purse. It even has restaurants, and fast food chain nutrition information. Great for when you get a surprise dining out opportunity and don't want to make unhealthy choices.

You can check online for the cheapist price. I got mine for $5 at Wal-Mart Online. They are out of stock now online but you can also get it in their stores.

Giving up the scale?
The scale stops my imagination from running riot. I don't have a structured diet, either. My appetite is really random, never know when I will be hungry and don't eat when I'm not hungry yet.
