I carry a copy in my purse. It even has restaurants, and fast food chain nutrition information. Great for when you get a surprise dining out opportunity and don't want to make unhealthy choices.

You can check online for the cheapist price. I got mine for $5 at Wal-Mart Online. They are out of stock now online but you can also get it in their stores.

you can also just use the fatsecret app... no book needed.

What's a "book"? Is that one of those things made out of that paper stuff?

I have apps on both my android phone and my ipad, great for helping you to remember to add food when you are on the move! and yes, for scanning too
