Naked as a jay-bird. The cats - though probably now scarred for life - have learned to avoid the bathroom between 5:30 and 6AM. Personally, I don't even wear glasses. They add just that much more weight AND... Well, you know. Mirrors and all that.

Yes! I do that way I can't blame the extra weight on my clothing. Even though you weigh in at the doctors office with clothes on.

i wrestled for a few years and after cutting and gaining weight- sometimes in excess of 6 lbs in a day (yeah, healthy stuff)- to make a weight class i found that a bm, as it's been referred to, doesnt make as much of a difference as you'd think/hope for. with this said the guys that are willin to weigh in nude typically made their weight class.

I weigh every morning just after I get up, just my birthday suit. I think that is my true weight. Been doing it this way for years.

Absolutely. This is the best way to get an accurate reading, if you ask me. Clothes do add to the pounds, but I can't be concerned with wearing the same thing every time I weigh myself.

I do weigh myself naked and at the same time every morning right out of bed but after using the toilet. But I agree it’s the routine that counts. Whatever you do, do it the same way every day or every time you weigh if it’s just once a week. And when I weigh at the doctor’s office of course I weigh a lot more than I did at home. I have found that when I sleep in in the mornings and weigh myself later in the day than usual I weigh more having done nothing but gone back to sleep! Weight is such a funny thing and although I weigh every day I only record my weight once a week. It’s the downward trajectory I’m interested in not the daily wobbles.

I have been having a few sliced strawberries every few days with a MIM or scrambled eggs. I use them as a garnish and that way I don't go overboard. No weight gain with a few berries!
