So, I was way too busy last night between work and planning parties by the time I wanted to work out it was too late. Plus, I only got to spend about an hour with my sweetheart before my 5 hour sleep to wake up for work again. Guess I'll make it up Sunday. This site is great btw. It's kind of like facebook but goal oriented =)

Please, if you have any advice on balancing my schedule and still spend some time with my honey I would appreciate it. Thanx!

The site, http://www.bodyrock.tv/, has some excellent (and free) high intensity, short workouts. They are really hard, but they really work. Pushing yourself and proper form are key. You could probably fit in a couple of 12 to 14 minute workouts in a day and have plenty of time to spend with your honey.

Incorporate it into whatever else you're already doing (as ktfitzgerald says) or find ways to get smarter use of your limited time as angie_rose says. There's a way! My lazy butt did crunches and pushups and (so ghetto, but waaay effective) grabbed a can of paint I had in my front room and did triceps and shoulder moves (seriously, I was praying the neighbors couldn't see in my windows!! Razz) during the Mavs game last night.

I'm the example not because I'm soooo cool but because I am very very slow to get the exercise part of my new lifestyle going - so if I can, I KNOW you can do it!

Angie_rose: thanks for the website. I'll check it out. I'm normaly at the gym foever trying to burn 700 a day.

Lisa: you're so funny. I could imagine that haha. My mom is the same way, but fortunately she lives high on a hill so no one can see her haha. Good luck on your workout though. You seem very motivated/
