I am doing induction of atkins, because as of yet, I don't trust myself on the other phases. I am a working mother of a two year old and on my way to my wedding day (June 18th) I need some moral support here people! HELP!

5 pounds is great! Slow and steady is what you want. And your weight will slow during your period, due to water retention. But it will pick back up in a few days.

I started induction april 4th and messed up bad so today is my new day of induction new slate starting over. i was 212 at xmas and now im 192! I was 188 but i messed up last week badly! Im a part time college student and any support is appreciated!
