This link is an important read for low carbers ... every individual is different... and while you may be able to have something once in a while, or all the time... it doesn't mean the person next to you can do the same.
Personally - I cut out sf jello, and resumed my losses when I stalled. (I am a firm believer that it greatly depends ON YOU!) So, experiment cautiously.
Also, it is always a good idea to look up the ingredients by name to see what some of these things are. When looking up sugar free jello is stated the following ingredients:
Gelatin, Adipic Acid, Disodium, Maltodextrin (From Corn), Fumaric Acid, Aspartame, Contains Less that 2% of Artificial Flavor, Acesulfame Potassium, Salt, Red 40.
Maltodextrin and Aspartame are both a red flag!
Also, it stated this product has in it: Phenylalanine
Look this up - to see how in consumption w/ Aspartame - this is a cancer producing FIRE waiting to happen on a cellular level.
