You can enter another weigh in for the day, but I don't think you can change it. Not sure what would happen to the comments if you added another weigh in. My suggestion is to enter the correct info tomorrow.

Editing a Product Size
Agreed that'd be useful, but in the meantime you can create a custom meal/recipe, then add that recipe to your diet calendar and just divide by what you think the portion size is.
