Ok, so I was feeling down on myself, like I wasn't doing good on this new journey anymore... I still have about 35-45 pounds left to lose. But once I did this, I feel so much better about how far I have come and not so bad about how far I have to go.
It pays to keep yourself a digital reference. I can't wait until my new addition in May of this year!!!

Wow! You look fabulous! What a difference! Unfortunately I only have one pic of me before losing the weight. None in the process. I'm always the one behind the camera at my house. If I want to feel good, I pull out the tape measure and measure my waist.

Amazing! So inspiring. I've made a point of hiding from the camera for the past several years, but I bet I can find some "befores" and then start taking "afters" as I go along. Great idea! Thanks!

It's a good idea, I have been taking a pic of myself every few weeks, I am a graphic artist so it will be fun to play around with the images later on. Good going, you look great!

Mouse!!! you look fantastic, keep up the great work.

You say you want a cheeseburger but all I hear is "I need love" - a comic strip on the fridge at work.

You have failed only when you quit trying. Until then, you're still in the act of progression. So, never quit trying and you'll never be a failure.

You look great! A picture is worth a thousand weigh-ins Smile

It's so easy to get caught up in what you have left to lose and forget about how far you've come. Celebrate every victory! Good job!
