Hey everyone, people have been asking for more pics so here they are. My progress pics so far.

1st image: 510 pounds.
2nd image: 460ish
3rd image: 432 (100 pounds lost)
4th image: 400 (Goal 1)
5th image: 350 (Goal 2)

All told, 183 pounds lost, 34.39% weight lost in 10 months. Started out even before this all started at a 70 waist, and a 7xl shirt. The mesh shorts I started out in, up in the pics were 6xl, the red ones in the last pic are 2xl. As for my sizes now, I'm in a 48, 46 pants and 3xl shirt. Quite a change. From the second picture you can see I can now fit both my legs in one of the pant legs of my old pants. In September I couldn't do this. I included a pic of that to compare.

Wow Les.. hearing the number is amazing but seeing the pictures is just.. WOW... my niece came in as I was reading this post (she is 6) and she said "Oh wow, that man looks so good!" She also giggled at the picture of you in your one pant legs! You really do inspire me, more than you will probably ever know. Thank you for sharing.

You say you want a cheeseburger but all I hear is "I need love" - a comic strip on the fridge at work.

You have failed only when you quit trying. Until then, you're still in the act of progression. So, never quit trying and you'll never be a failure.

Thanks everyone! @Pix thank your niece for me! Smile @ Amy thanks, I do prefer the M word over the I word LOL! And no goal yet, think I'm going to think about for a few hours. Again, thanks everyone. All I can say to anyone in the same situation I was in you can do this, it just takes work and dedication but start. That's the most important part. Start.

You da bomb.
DISCLAIMER: I expect to lose this weight over the next 6 months to 5 years. I'm not going to feel like a failure if it takes an entire month to lose 1 pound. I'm going to feel like a success when that happens! I may offer advice that I'm currently not taking myself. Feel free to call me on that!

I feel INSANELY different gefd28. My best friend who weighs 165 pounds, let me carry him on my back when I lost that much. Then another buddy let me carry him when I lost 175. It was NOT fun. I really do not know how I did it.

Awesome. There's a big big difference between the last 2 Smile. Remember, the less you weigh, the bigger difference you see visually when you lose 1 pound because it's a higher percentage of your total body weight. You look great Smile
