I just need a kick in the butt. I am dragging and have been all week long. I think a combination of time change, all week long not one night with uninterrupted sleep and then TOM on top of the time change. I just need a kick in the butt. Is anyone else dealing with sluggishness this week? My work day starts at 5am and I am up at 4:30am so hard getting used to getting up at 3:30am (what it feels like). Sad

I sure hope I get used to this soon but it generally take me about a month Sad

Ok ladies, I cheated and took some work with me to do from home today. Right now I'm on a lunch break then I'm hopping back to it. I just needed a day where I didn't have to get up with the alarm clock that is mentally still ringing an hour ealier. I still got up with the alarm, but sitting here in pjs in my recliner with my laptop is so much better than real clothes, heels, at a desk.

I totally agree with Ketomancer. I added it over the past month and no more problems. I dropped all the extra fiber, etc. Take one at noon and one with dinner.

thank you all for the compliments.... and yes, it was a choice. I felt a tinge of pity and guilt subjecting colleagues to consuming the donuts but I had to keep up the leaving do rituals.
