My names Michelle, I'm 32 and from Jersey. I've gained 68 pds in the past few years and I've lost 14 pds so far in the last month. Problem is I havent lost any weight in the past 2 weeks except 2 pds. I'm getting so discouraged. I eat 12-1300 calories a day and go to the gym 3-4 days a week. Why did I slow down so much? Really need some support.
