I wear ankle weights everyday, all day and don't even notice I have them on. What an easy way to burn some extra calories and tone the legs and butt. When your standing at the water cooler or what have you, incorporate some hamstring curls or calf raises and you will have your daily workout half finished.

This Idea is great. just watch how heavey the weights are and how active your day is. I have been told that to much weight on your ankles constantly could be bad for your joints.
having said that i plan on doing this with 1-2 lbs weights.
Life is now! why waste it.

Not that I know of. The available list is rather extensive. However, I often have to add new foods. I always make sure I make them public, hoping those entries will help other members, too.
