Hi there, I joined FatSecret about a week ago and have already lost 1kg, and very proud about it. Anyway, my question is: does anyone know what the Nutrition Facts are for homemade sweet potatoe and leek soup. good luck with your calorie counting. I also make homemade soup and other meals, so the easiest way to know the calories for a meal or soup is to create a recipe under the "cookbook" section on your fatsecret. You can then give it a name and you enter each individual ingredient. It will add it all up and depending on the quantities/volumes, you indicate how many "servings" that recipe will yield and it will give you the calories per serving. Good luck!
