I have lost 44 pounds doing a variety of exercises and diets: changing things up to keep the weight loss going. I am pretty satisfied but I'm at my wit's end trying to find something to slim my thighs! I simply cannot exercise any more than I am. This has been a lifelong problem. I am going to start The Bar Method as a last ditch effort. Has anyone out there tried it? Thoughts?

The Bar Method is a great workout for the legs and rear end (all over really). I think you will like it, very quick results, and gives you rock hard muscles. Good luck! Very Happy

I use an updated version, based on the barre method. Loooove it. I swear, I feel the burn within seconds as opposed to minutes. Biggest bang for your buck, IMO. I run about 10 miles a week, and do Physique 57 3-4 times a week. I started seeing noticeable toning in my legs within about 4 weeks...but FELT it immediately!
