Hello! Just curious to see if anyone has been using a Wii fitness game/program. Which one and how do you like it?

My family received a Wii for Christmas and I have been debating on the a Zumba or Dance program.

THANKS!

I like the EA Active! It is like having a personal trainer, kind of. I've been considering a Zumba or Dance one too, but haven't bought one yet.

My wife and I got the Wii with Wii Fit Plus. I set up the Wii Fit Plus Room that Alows you to select "Routines, My Routine or Favorites" The first one has pre set programs to follow based on what you want to accomplish, the second one you set up yourself, and the last what it says.
I use "My Routine" and mix Yoga with Strength. I do a 30 min workout and burn around 150 calroies. then I top it off with one or two "Training-Aerobics" programs, depending on how much time I have. I LOVE IT! I'm 53 and for us old farts it's the best!

ZUMBA....OMG that game is so much fun. I've been doing that for the past 5 days and lost 2 lbs. And its just dancing so it doesn't feel like a workout. LOL

My daughter and I play Just Dance & Just Dance 2 after work for like 2-3 hours sometimes. Its a fun way to burn calories at home, work up a sweat and not even notice we are working out because we are having too much fun. Looking at investing in the rest of the fitness Wii games like, Golds Gym, Zumba, The Michael Jackson one...
