I have Direct TV, can someone tell me what channels (if any) have exercise programs?

Do you have Diva.TV? (google it.) That channel has yoga on it.

I've been wondering this too. I've never seen any; except sometimes PBS does yoga early in the AM

I googled some things to see what I could find and there is a channel that may have some programs - it's 368 - FIT. I'm going to check it out. Still, if anyone knows of particular channels or good work outs, please post!

Lifetime has Denise Austin on at 7:00 est Mon-Fri on channel 252 and Oxygen 251 has Inhale a yoga program at 6:00 est. I hope this helps. All Star Workoouts on Fittv sometimes have good programs. I like the kickbobxing with Tommy Deters it is really fun and you sweat. It comes on randomly, the last time it aired I recorded it.

This website makes me want to live in the US. I don't know what people are talking about half the time. You all talk in cups and ounces and about food brands and shops that I've never heard of.

Plus I love the US I used to date a guy that lived in West Virginia.

Taco Bell is amazing, I suppose I have to be grateful that they aren't here in the UK because I got addicted to the melted cheese wraps big time. Very Happy

I have a friend in Australia and she is forever mentioning places that we don't have in the US. Direct TV is just our satelite tv.

Girl, don't be talking about Taco Bell, we are TRYING to DIET here!! LOL I love taco Bell, but on my diet, can't have flour tortillas or taco shells, and beans and full fat cheese are limited. That leaves...chicken taco salad without the shell(BO-RING I tried it, nothing but a sprinkle of chicken on iceberg with a couple tomatoes!), oh and mild sauce. I do love my mild sauce. If I go to the mall where they have a Taco Bell in the food court, I wait until no one is looking and then stuff several BIG handfuls into my diaper bag or purse. LOL I have problems...

Hahaha. I suppose whilst the US has a lot more low carb, low cal versions of food around you also have a lot more temptation around as well. And its all 24 hr!

I've got a taco bell craving now. Which sucks because A. I'm on a diet and B. the nearest Taco bell is probably 16hours travelling away.

However, I do have cheese, wraps, turkey and a grill machine downstairs....

DAMN IT this website is meant to be helping me!!!

Ladies, stop me now!!!! Confused

OK most of the websites are a bit tricky, with a lot of sponsored links and ads.

I found quite a lot on Youtube. Just search "exercise" then if you have enough room in your computer room, you could do any of them!

I cant really look through them now as its 6am and my student house has very thin walls, but this is something I'm going to look at in the future.

Let us know if you find anything good on tv yeah?

The DirecTV here in Utah (Again, for our Anglos, that's satellite television) has many different versions of ESPN (Cable Sports Network), and some of them have exercise programmes early in the morning.

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
