I totally agree!! Being a stay at home mom I have learned when i get a shower first thing and get dressed I have so much more energy and get so much more done around the house!!
If I keep working at this, and want it badly enough, I CAN HAVE IT!!

Week 8: 172 lb.
Week 9: 169 lb.
Week 10: 166 lb.
Week 11: 163 lb.
And final goal: 160 lb!!!!
