trouble shifting those last pounds, help!

I'm currently 139lbs, I weight myself everyday, I usually stay the same or have a tiny drop in my weight but its the little drops that keep me motivated, I've got 13lbs to go until goal weight but I just can't seem to loose any more, yesterday I was 138lbs but on days I eat more than about 1000 calories my weight seems to keep going back up to 139, ill drop a pound maybe 2 but it will always return to 139 after a day of eating over 1000, any ideas on how to get out of this rut?!

I just looked at your stats, and the only thing I can recommend is to add some exercise to your daily routine. I don't see any exercise listed on your page. Even if it is just moderate walking for 30 minutes say 4 times a week should help get your body to get past your plateau, especially since you are eating a relatively low calorie intake.

I just checked your exercise log for the past week and only noticed that you exercised 1 day. Did I look it up wrong? If that is the case, I would definitely throw something in there. Although food is probably the most important aspect of losing weight, exercise is as well. Good luck!!!

I would also reccomend eating more calories, especially if you work out. I work out 4 times a week and eat 1300-1400 calories a day, never less than 1200.

My experience is that when I add a modest "fat" in the morning - usually an egg and a teaspoon of butter... I'm good all day with holding to smaller portions, and I seem to see more results. ...
