Hi everyone, Well my fitness plan for the last 2 weeks are. Hip hop abs 5 times a week. Walk for 1 hour a day & I do 300 crunches 5 times a week. I follow the fat smash diet. Instead of doing phase 1 for 9 days I did it for 2 weeks. And my results are this: lost 16 pounds & 10 3/4 inches. So the hip hop abs routine works. If you get a chance then go to beachbody.com They also have other fitness programs there that might suit you better. Plus I keep myself busy from the time I hit the floor at 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. On Saturday & Sunday I sleep in to about 8:30 a.m. but I stay on the go until about 8:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday I am in bed no later than 10:30 p.m. On Friday & Saturday by midnight I am in bed. Hey do u have the routine for hip hop abs? U know like how they have the schedule of which ones to do. I think it is a 1 month schedule or something like that. Monday-Sat & then Sun is a rest day. Thats awesome that it is working for u! I just got the hip hop abs dvd & did 1 week of it, then I lost the schedule thingy so now I feel lost hehe

I also have hip hop abs and love it, I love to dance and its like im not even working out, Its nice to actually look forward to working out, and it works miricals for your abs.

Turbo Jam is great too! I have all the DVDs and use them daily. It is also from Beachbody.com. The workouts are alot of fun and I find them motivating.

Steph I loved taebo when I started this but now I cant seem to make myself do it. I have moved on to a walking running work out and prefer that. But when I was doing taebo you are right it is a great workout. May have to work a day or two of it in a week. Thanks for reminding me.

Every 50 days...it is too easy to lose hope when you reach a plateau. Every 50 days is good and you know if you are sticking to your regime. I can tell by how I feel and how my clothes fit.

Great tips, it is true that its mostly in the diet! Muhc better to make lifestyle changes than to go on to quick weight loss diets.

Probably literally no carbohydrates, except for a few veggies (no starches) and tons tons of water will be the best way you can eat! Also will have to exercise like crazy to lose that amount of weight ...

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
