well I am thinking about trying the you on a diet, I need to lose weight and get healhty, I am diabetic and want to reverse it...and I am just so tired of being sick and tired..I want to be healthy and feel good, more energy and less pain. anyone who has any advise for a food addict, please feel free to type away.

pink_jade hi I just join this website and looking for a brand new start for me. I want to lose about 50lbs in the next 7 months. Any suggestions, and good recipes I can try. Open for suggestions.Smile
