Hi, my name is Kelli, I am an Australian, living in England. I'm nearly 29, been married for 3 years to a wonderful man, but he doesn't care what I look like so for the last 3 years, I have managed to put on 3 stone, even though I have bounced around on various diets. I am not impressed and it's time to make a change. Most days I wake up and say today is the day I start, and then by lunch I have forgotton and am back to my old ways. Pretty frustrating for someone who is paid to manage and organise a company. I need support and sometimes a firm kick up the bum to get myself going. Hoping you out there can help.
