I haven't exactly started yet, but I can't wait. I start on Monday, Oct. 30. I just picked up the book and wanted to start on a fresh week. I'm nervous to do this, becuase I love carbs!! lol I want to do this so I will. I hope to meet some good support here. Good luck to my fellow smashers. Very Happy

The carbs thing is a little scary to begin with but trust me you will get used to it and when you do, you will absolutely love this diet.

Why wait the 4 days when you can start today is what I want to know. There's no time like the present Smile

I too was going to wait to start until Monday, but why wait? What am I really waiting for? Lots of obstacles this weekend, but I can do it. I WILL BE STRONG! I have a friend starting today also, so that is motivation for me. It's always good to have a buddy. Good luck to everyone!!Wink

i am new here, just starting the fatsmash diet. i'm not a big meat eater so maybe it won't be to hard, but i do love coffee and soda. i hope to lose enough by christmas so i can fit into my old clothes that i used to wear up there and they be able to notice.
i already miss my coffee, but i did buy some tea maybe that will help. thanks for listening.

Hi all. This is the end of Day 4, and this hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. I'm used to giving up carbs while dieting, but not carbs AND meat!! That's been the hardest part. But that's ok, because I'm almost done with this phase. Anyway, I wanted to wish everyone the best!! I'm really glad I found this site. I've enjoyed reading everyone's bios, too, because it makes me realize that I'm not in this alone!!

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
